There are currently several ways to close either a single browser window, or group of browser windows.
Menu's
The following are available from both the File menu, and when right clicking on a tab.

Closes the current window

Close All
|
Closes all open windows

Close All Except Current
|
Closes all open windows except the window you are currently viewing
|

Close Checked
|
Closes all checked windows
|
Mouse
You can also use either of the following to close a window
- Double click on a tab
- Middle click on a tab
- Hold the CTRL key, and left click on a tab
Additionally, if you do not have the window maximized, you can also click the X in the top right corner of the window.
